GROWTH AND PHYSICAL CHANGES DURING ADOLESCENCE


A workshop was conducted on the topic “Growth and Physical changes during Adolescence” for the students of class V and VI on 31 August, 2022. The session was taken separately for boys and girls. Dr. Aliya Fatima Hyderi Syeda from Asian Medical Center was the resource person for the session. The session lasted an hour each for the boys and girls. 


The workshop commenced with an interactive video session on growth and physical development. The session was interactive as well as informative and students gained accurate and relevant knowledge about puberty. A PPT presentation addressed the students to the journey from childhood to adolescent.
