The Labour Day Assembly by Grade 3-5, titled A Tribute to Everyday Heroes, was presented by Classes 3MA and 3MB with great enthusiasm. The programme began with the Holy Quran recitation and the national anthems. This created a respectful atmosphere for the occasion.
Students dressed as different professionals to celebrate the spirit of Labour Day. They represented cleaners, security guards, drivers, and other workers. Through their performances, students highlighted the dignity of labour and the importance of every profession.
The assembly also included a thought for the day connected to hard work, kindness, and responsibility. Students shared messages related to SDG 8 and Round Square ideals. As a result, the audience learned the value of respect, teamwork, and responsible citizenship.
Moreover, a melodious song added energy to the programme. Students also presented a meaningful video on different professions. The video especially honoured cleaners, security guards, and drivers. It also encouraged students to maintain cleanliness and discipline in school.
Furthermore, students took a pledge to respect every profession and act responsibly. Their words reflected gratitude, empathy, and social responsibility.
