The Students and teachers of Pearl School, Al Dafna campus held a Special Assembly to commemorate the Mahatma’s life and teachings on 2nd October 2022. The assembly began with the prayer and thought for the day. The student choir sang Gandhi’s favourite bhajan ‘Raghu Pati Raghav Raja Ram’ with full exuberance. Students also performed a wonderful dance on this occasion.

A special speech with Gandhian quotes and messages brought the gathering to understand more about the iconic leader. Gandhian ideals were depicted through a skit, which the students presented in an eloquent manner.

All our students imbued the Gandhian values and thoughts and vowed to become better citizens of India and this world.

To inspire our young students, Primary section Coordinator, Ms. Lali and Activity Coordinator, Ms. Mini addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of Gandhi Jayanti. The assembly was concluded with the Qatar National Anthem followed by Indian National Anthem.
