Podar Pearl School, Al Meshaf, and Pearl School, Al Dafna, have received the prestigious Diamond Category Award from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), Qatar, for the academic year 2025–2026. This recognition celebrates the schools’ outstanding performance in the national initiative “My Values Define My Identity.”
The initiative promotes values-based education and strengthens students’ cultural and national identity. Therefore, this achievement reflects the schools’ strong commitment to character development, ethical values and responsible citizenship.
Recognition for Excellence in Values-Based Education
The Diamond Category Award from MOEHE Qatar represents the highest level of recognition under the initiative. Both schools achieved an exceptional evaluation score of 91–100% under Category 1.
As a result, they ranked among the highest-performing institutions in Qatar. The schools also successfully implemented all five value-based activities mandated by the Tarbeya Center under MOEHE.
Through these activities, students explored important values and developed a deeper understanding of their cultural and national identity. Moreover, they learned how to apply these values in their everyday lives.
Outstanding Achievement Among 351 Schools and Kindergartens
This achievement becomes even more significant because 351 schools and kindergartens across Qatar participated in the initiative. Therefore, the Diamond Category recognition highlights the schools’ excellence, teamwork, and dedication.

Official Felicitation Ceremony
At the official felicitation ceremony, school leaders and Value Initiative Coordinators jointly received the Diamond Category Award.
Mr. C. Muhamed Nizar, School President; Ms. Rathi Ramanujam, Principal; Ms. Zemina Sulfikkar, Vice Principal; Ms. Sajitha and Ms. Aneesa, Value Initiative Coordinators, received the award on behalf of the schools.
The award was presented by Dr. Rania Mohamed, Director of Private Schools, and Omar Al Naama, Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education Affairs.
This recognition celebrates not only the schools’ results but also the dedicated work behind them. In particular, the award highlights the consistent efforts of staff members who supported students throughout the initiative.
Best Value Ambassador Award
In addition to the Diamond Category Award, two students received the Best Value Ambassador Award.
Maria Saqib Qadri of Podar Pearl School, Al Meshaf Campus and Muhammad Zayan Karupambil of Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus, were honoured for their exemplary commitment to the initiative.
Their recognition reflects their ability to understand, promote and demonstrate the values encouraged through the programme. Moreover, their achievement shows how students can become positive role models within their school communities.
The schools also received special commendation for achieving 100% completion of all required activities.
