The Labour Day activity by Grade 3–5 at Podar Pearl School, Al Meshaf Campus engaged students in meaningful and collaborative learning. To begin with, teachers introduced the importance of Labour Day. They explained the role of community helpers and their value in society. Grade 3 students enjoyed colouring sheets and took part in a short quiz. These tasks helped them learn about different professions in a fun way.

Meanwhile, Grade 4 and 5 students worked in groups to solve problem cards. As a result, they improved teamwork and critical thinking skills. They also developed better problem-solving abilities through discussion and collaboration. Furthermore, the activity reflected Qatar values such as respect and responsibility. It also encouraged students to appreciate all professions.

In addition, the session supported SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Students learned about the dignity of labour and the value of every worker. Overall, the Labour Day activity by Grade 3–5 created an engaging experience. It also helped students build awareness of the world of work.
