On 13th May  2025, Grades V-MB and V-MD at Podar Pearl School participated in an assembly aimed at promoting responsible internet usage. The assembly began with students lining up in an organized manner, followed by an introduction. The session included Quran recitations, the National Anthem, the Indian pledge, the school prayer, and readings of the school’s vision and mission. The thought for the day was shared: “In today’s digital world, awareness, and proactive measures are our best defenses. Keep learning, keep securing!” The theme aligned with Round Square IDEALS, particularly Leadership and Internationalism. A special segment featured a skit titled “Think Before You Click” alongside a song and a session led by the IT coordinator on internet safety. The Headmistress reinforced the importance of online safety and thoughtful digital engagement. The assembly concluded with a vote of thanks.  High student engagement was noted and the event successfully fostered a sense of unity and digital responsibility among students, aligning with Qatar’s efforts to promote national identity and cultural values in education.
