Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and respect through a special morning assembly organized by the students of Grade VIII. The assembly was conducted to honour the invaluable contributions of teachers in shaping the future of students.
The program commenced with the school prayer, led by Kalaharini and Lea, which created a serene and devotional atmosphere. Muhammad Rayyan Khurshid and Abigail then extended a warm welcome to the gathering. They also took up the role of comperes, ensuring a smooth flow of the program. Thereafter, Ada and Aadhya presented the Vision, Mission, and School Values, reinforcing the guiding principles of Pearl School.
To inspire the audience, Joaan shared the Thought for the Day, while Aarav highlighted the Word of the Day, enriching the vocabulary of all present. A meaningful speech was then delivered by Hima, expressing heartfelt gratitude and admiration for teachers.
The highlight of the assembly was a Special Skit performed by Harshitha, Taniqshasami, Jessica, Aleeza, Fayiz, Harshith, Falah, and Sarvesh. The skit conveyed the significance of teachers in guiding students towards knowledge and values, leaving a deep impact on the audience. Adding to the celebration, the students also presented a melodious Teacher’s Day Song, which filled the hall with warmth and appreciation for the teachers.
Ms. Zemina, Headmistress of the school, addressed the gathering with her motivational words, appreciating the efforts of the students and commending the class teachers for their dedication in guiding them. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Aleeza, followed by the National Anthem, which instilled a sense of pride and unity.
The assembly stood out as a meaningful tribute, beautifully reflecting the students’ gratitude and admiration for their teachers.
