Pearl School, Al Dafna campus celebrated Kerala Piravi with much enthusiasm and fervor on 13 November 2024, marking the birth of the state of Kerala. The event, which was graced by the esteemed Principal Dr. Maneesh Mangal, was a beautiful tribute to the rich culture and traditions of Kerala.
The Malayalam department played a pivotal role in bringing the spirit of Kerala to life with a series of vibrant and engaging performances. The students showcased their talents through traditional Kerala dance forms, a cultural fashion show, and soul-stirring Malayalam folk songs that captivated the audience. The entire assembly was filled with the rhythms and colors that define Kerala, transporting everyone to the heart of this enchanting state.
A cultural exhibition highlighting Kerala’s rich heritage was organized for students. The exhibition displayed ancient items like wooden carvings and handloom textiles, while students participated in local games. The poetic representation of famous poems was a visual delight offering the audience a stunning visual experience.
One of the highlights of the event was the authentic Kerala food fest. The campus was alive with the tantalizing aromas of traditional Kerala dishes, offering a true taste of the state’s culinary delights. The food fest was a delightful experience for all attendees.
