Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus, in collaboration with the Qatar Red Crescent Society, successfully organized a SESSION ON STUDENT BEHAVIOUR AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS under the health initiative “ومن أحياها”. The programme focused on encouraging positive student behaviour, strengthening communication skills, and promoting healthy interpersonal relationships among students.

To begin the programme on a positive note, Farzin Faheem of Grade 6 recited a prayer. Thereafter, the school conducted two highly interactive workshops designed to address key aspects of student development. The first session, titled “Communication Methods to Improve Student Behaviour,” for Grade 7 students. During this session, students explored practical communication strategies that help build respectful and responsible behaviour in school.

Following this, Grade 8 students attended the second workshop, “Strengthening Cooperation and Friendship Among Students,” from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In this session, students learned the importance of teamwork, empathy, and mutual respect. Moreover, they actively participated in group discussions and collaborative activities that reinforced positive peer relationships.

Dr. Asima Farooq led both sessions with the support of Ms Shoukar. Throughout the programme, the resource persons encouraged open dialogue and guided students through real-life examples and engaging exercises. As a result, students gained valuable insights into managing emotions, improving communication, and building stronger friendships.

Overall, the SESSION ON STUDENT BEHAVIOUR AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS proved to be highly informative and impactful. Students participated enthusiastically and demonstrated a strong willingness to apply what they learned. Consequently, the initiative significantly enhanced students’ social skills, emotional awareness, and overall well-being. Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus, continues to prioritize holistic development by organizing meaningful programmes that nurture confident, responsible, and socially aware learners.
