Investiture Ceremony – Junior Prefect Council (Pearl School, Al Thumama Campus).

Pearl School, Al Thumama Campus, proudly conducted the Investiture Ceremony for the Junior Prefect Council, marking a significant occasion where young leaders were formally entrusted with their roles and responsibilities. The event was designed to foster values of leadership, accountability, and service among students.

The ceremony commenced with a soulful Islamic prayer by Amina Isha of Grade 3, setting a reflective tone for the proceedings. The event was compered confidently by Sehrish Zabeer (Grade 3) and Nouman Ali Khan (Grade 4), who guided the programme with poise.

A warm welcome speech was delivered by Isha Tara (Grade 3), followed by a disciplined march-past by the newly elected student leaders, symbolizing their readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.

The highlight of the ceremony was the formal investiture of the Head Boy, Naksh C, and Head Girl, Humaira A K (both from Grade 4), who received their sashes and badges from Incharge Ms. Indira Menon. They took the leadership oath and addressed the gathering with words of gratitude and vision for the year ahead.

Ms. Shilpa, Grade 3 Coordinator, administered the collective oath to all council members, reaffirming their pledge to serve with dedication and integrity.

Incharge Ms. Indira Menon delivered an inspiring speech, motivating the young leaders to lead with resilience, compassion, and strong core values. A delightful choir performance by the students added a celebratory touch to the occasion.

The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Arif Khalpa, parent representative, who appreciated the school’s initiative in nurturing leadership at a young age.

The planning and execution of the ceremony were meticulously carried out by Year Coordinator Ms. Jisha, whose efforts ensured a memorable and well-organized event.
