Pearl School Al Thumama conducted Trust Initiative special assembly on Healthy Habits, aimed to educate students on the significance of nutrition, physical activity, mental health, sleep, and screen time in leading a healthy lifestyle. The assembly started with prayers, school vision and mission, followed by inspiring speech on importance of healthy habit and how to change food choices. After the speech, the audience was treated to an interactive role-play performance by Grade 3 students, highlighting the healthy habit. The students presented a lively dance performance that highlighted the importance of physical activity. The assembly served as a reminder that small, positive changes can lead to big improvements in our overall health and well-being. Alongside the assembly, a variety of engaging activities were organized to help students learn about healthy habits in creative and hands-on ways. These activities not only promoted physical and mental well-being but also encouraged teamwork, creativity, and fun.
