Introduction:
On the occasion of Qatar National Day, our school came together to celebrate the community spirit, promote patriotism, and cultural awareness among students. Qatar is a proud nation, it’s a country that has kept its people strong and united. The national day serves as an annual reminder of the country’s core values, loyalty, solidarity and pride.
Objectives:
- Celebrate Childhood: To celebrate the joy, innocence, and boundless energy of children, highlighting the importance of childhood in shaping a better future.
- Honor Emir of the Qatar: To remember and pay tribute to Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the Qatar, for his love and efforts towards the country.
- Foster Creativity and Expression: To encourage children to express themselves through various activities like singing, dancing, and acting, helping them build confidence and showcase their talents.
- Instill Values of Equality and Respect: To remind everyone of the need for equal opportunities, respect, and love for all children, regardless of background, in order to build a more inclusive society.
- Strengthen School Community: To bring students, teachers, and staff together in a spirit of celebration, unity, and shared values, creating lasting memories and a sense of community. Our students had many opportunities to find out more about Qatari culture.
