Introduction: India celebrated its 76th Republic Day on the 26th of January. It is a moment of pride and honor for every Indian. This day reminds us of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and the importance of upholding the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. To commemorate this special occasion, a vibrant and meaningful assembly was conducted on 12th January by Class 2. It was filled with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm. The program began with a prayer by all the students. Our young learners shared speeches highlighting the significance of Republic Day and how the Constitution of India came into effect on 26th January 1950.

Objectives: The objective of the assembly was not only to instill a sense of patriotism. It aims to:

1. Educate students about the adoption of the Indian Constitution on January 26, 1950, and its importance in shaping our nation.
2. Foster values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity as enshrined in the Preamble.
3. Celebrate the rich cultural heritage and unity in diversity of India.
4. Encourage active participation, teamwork, and respect for national symbols and traditions.
5. Students learn to appreciate the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and the responsibilities that come with being a citizen of a democratic nation.

Activity Details:

1. Prayer and Thought of the Day The assembly began with a serene prayer, followed by the Thought of the Day, emphasizing the importance of inner peace and positive thinking, creating an atmosphere of reflection and mindfulness.
2. School Mission and Vision Students recited the school’s mission and vision, reinforcing the core values and goals that guide the institution towards excellence and community building.
3. Speech Performance It highlighting significance as the foundation of our democracy. The speaker’s memorable presentation captivated the audience and deepened their understanding of Republic Day.
4. Dance Performance A vibrant dance performance celebrating the spirit of patriotism was presented by students. Through energetic and synchronized movements, they depicted the cultural richness and unity of our nation.
5. Qatar Values Representation

Health is important – it’s a fundamental value that defines who I am. In our assembly, students will present powerful slogans emphasizing the importance of health, showcasing how this value shapes our lives and identity. Together, we aim to inspire everyone to prioritize health as a cornerstone of well-being.”

The assembly was a heartfelt and enriching experience, reminding everyone of their duty as responsible citizens and celebrating the spirit of India.

Highlights:
