TOPIC: Workshop on Junk food vs Healthy food

OBJECTIVE: To make the students attain knowledge about junk food and its awareness and importance of healthy food.

A workshop was conducted on the topic “Junk food vs. healthy food” for the students of grades 2 to 4. The aim was to help students understand the differences between these two food categories and the importance of making healthy choices. The workshop began with a fun presentation featuring colorful images of different
foods. Students were shown pictures of junk food (like chips, candy, and soda) and healthy food (like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains). The workshop was very interesting and informative. Students left with a better understanding of the importance of healthy eating. Many expressed a desire to try more healthy foods and
reduce junk food consumption
