🧘♀️ International Day of Yoga 2025 – Wellness Through Unity and Mindfulness | Pearl School, Al Dafna, Qatar
Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus, celebrated International Day of Yoga with immense enthusiasm and active participation. The event took place on the school ground, where students from Grades 4 to 8 assembled in the morning to participate in a guided yoga session led by Mr. Sreejith and Ms. Sumaya, the Physical Education Trainers.
The celebration aimed to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga and encourage its incorporation into daily life to enhance physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional well-being among students and staff alike.
The session began with a brief address explaining the theme of International Day of Yoga 2025, followed by energizing warm-up exercises. The trainers then led the students through a thoughtfully planned sequence of yoga postures. A short meditation session was also incorporated to help students relax and center their focus.
Students participated with great discipline and enthusiasm, reflecting their growing awareness and appreciation for the ancient practice. The atmosphere on the ground was vibrant and harmonious, with every student engaged and moving in sync with the instructors.
