Introduction and the primary goal of the activity: The main goal of the assembly was to help everyone understand why cleanliness is important and to learn how we can keep our school and home clean. We will also learn simple habits like washing hands, throwing trash in the bin, and keeping our desks neat.

  1. Welcome/Introduction by the comperes: The assembly was skillfully compered by the students of class II MB
  2. Quran Recitation: The students recited the Quran with excellent precision and heartfelt devotion.
  3. National Anthem and Pledge: The students’ soulful rendition of the national anthem set a patriotic tone for the day. Students and teachers sang the Qatar National Anthem followed by the Indian National Anthem with pride and unity. A sense of pride filled the atmosphere as students earnestly recited the Indian Pledge.
  1. School Prayer: The students recited the school prayer with great clarity and deep reverence.
  2. School’s Vision and Mission: The assembly included the reading of the school’s vision and mission statements, emphasizing the commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and ethical values.

8.Alignment of the theme to ‘Round Square IDEALS’: Environmentalism by keeping environment clean.

Skit/Dance/Video clip/Conversation and the Outcomes:

Skit and dance was performed showcasing the message clean Qatar and clean India. Video clip of students was shown who were involved in “Clean Qatar campaign”. Outcome was students will feel motivated to care for their classroom, school, and surroundings.

  1. Headmistress’ message: She encouraged each of them to become little cleanliness champions not just at school, but also at home and in your neighborhood. Every small effort count, and together we can make a big difference.

11.Vote of Thanks: Vote of thanks was given by the Grade 2 MB student with the following message : Let’s keep our school and Earth clean and happy every day.
