Podar Pearl School Shines in Inter-School Yoga and Chess Competitions 🧘♀️♟️
Podar Pearl School students demonstrated remarkable talent, discipline, and sportsmanship through their exceptional performances in two prestigious inter-school events – the CBSE Qatar Cluster Chess Tournament and the Inter-School Yoga Competition hosted by Olive International School.
At the CBSE Qatar Cluster Chess Tournament, held over two days, the school’s teams achieved commendable success. The Under-19 Girls’ Chess Team secured 3rd place, showcasing tactical skill and teamwork. On the second day, the Under-11 Boys’ Team delivered a brilliant performance, finishing as 2nd place runners-up, reinforcing the school’s growing reputation in competitive chess.
In the Inter-School Yoga Competition, held on 28th and 29th July, our students continued to make the school proud. Among 14 participating schools, the Under-14 Boys’ Yoga Team earned the bronze medal, reflecting strength, focus, and perseverance. Meanwhile, the Under-19 Girls’ Yoga Team captured the spotlight with a 1st place Gold Medal finish, a testament to their dedication and excellence.
These outstanding achievements not only highlight the students’ physical and intellectual capabilities but also underscore the school’s commitment to holistic education. Congratulations to all participants and heartfelt appreciation to the coaches and mentors who guided them every step of the way.
