On 16th October 2025, students and teachers of Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus visited the Katara Book Fair as part of the Katara Arab Fiction Festival. The Katara Book Fair featured 90 Qatari and Arab publishing houses, bringing together renowned publishers and authors from nine countries. This vibrant event celebrated the richness and diversity of Arabic literature.
During the visit, students had an excellent opportunity to explore a wide variety of Arabic books. Moreover, they learned more about different authors and cultures from across the Arab world. Students enjoyed browsing through the extensive selection, interacting with publishing representatives, and discovering new titles in literature, history, and education.
As a meaningful conclusion to our visit, a thoughtful selection of Arabic books was purchased for our school library. These new additions will not only support Arabic learning but also foster a deeper appreciation of the Arabic language and culture among students.
Overall, the exhibition was both educational and inspiring. Furthermore, it reinforced the importance of reading and cultural exploration. We look forward to more such enriching experiences in the future, as they contribute to the academic and personal growth of our students.
