Tamil Speech Competition at Pearl Podar School, Al Meshaf Campus: Celebrating Language and Expression

Podar Pearl School successfully conducted the Inter-Class Tamil Speech Competition on 16th October 2025 for Grades III to V. The event followed the preliminary rounds held on the 14th and 15th of October, where students showcased their talent and passion for the Tamil language. The competition provided a vibrant platform for young speakers to express ideas, share stories, and connect with their cultural roots.

Encouraging Expression and Confidence

Participants impressed the audience and judges with their outstanding oratory skills. Each student spoke with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Topics included storytelling, leadership tributes, and Thirukkural comparisons, reflecting both creativity and respect for Tamil heritage. The judges evaluated performances based on content, pronunciation, intonation, gestures, and overall presentation.
