“A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.” 💖👑🌸
On May 6, 2025, students from Grades 3 to 5 at the Al Meshaf Campus participated in a Mother’s Day Crown Craft Activity held in their primary classrooms. The objective was to foster emotional expression and creativity by having students design and decorate crowns as heartfelt gifts for their mothers. Using materials like construction paper, glitter, sequins, stickers, and optional embellishments, students created unique, love-filled crowns with messages such as “Best Mom” and “Love You.” The activity aligned with the school’s mission of nurturing compassionate individuals and promoted the Round Square ideal of compassion by encouraging appreciation and emotional bonding. Students completed their crafts during the 45-minute session, took photos of their mothers wearing the crowns, and shared them with their teachers for a commemorative video. The event was well-received by students and teachers alike, with high engagement, creativity, and emotional impact reported by all facilitators.
