On 11 November 2024, Pearl School, Al Dafna campus hosted a vibrant French Food Festival, celebrating the rich and diverse flavors of French cuisine while supporting a meaningful cause. This event was organized not only to give students and teachers an immersive experience into the culinary delights of France, but also to raise funds for charity, reflecting the spirit of community and compassion.

The festival featured 18 food stalls, each uniquely showcasing different regional specialties and iconic dishes from France. Children had the opportunity to savor a variety of foods, including croissants, baguettes, crepes, quiches, and various French pastries, alongside traditional French cheeses, poutine and lemonade. Each stall was thoughtfully decorated with lights creating an authentic French ambiance with banners, flags, and informational displays about the history and origin of the dishes being served.

Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of students, teachers, and parents, the event was a tremendous success, with a large crowd contributing generously. Students actively participated, not only in tasting the food but also in volunteering at the stalls, where they learned about French culinary techniques and traditions. Headmistress and the Teachers had commended the efforts of everyone involved, and the students’ excitement was palpable throughout the day.
