The true spirit of sports lies in participation, teamwork, and respect.
“One team, one dream — together we achieve.”

Podar Pearl School proudly hosted the Annual Sports Meet 2025-2026 on 6th November 2025 at the University of Doha Science and Technology. The event brought together students, teachers, and parents for a day full of competition, celebration, and school spirit. With outstanding participation from all three campuses — Thumama, Westbay, and Meshaf — the venue became a fitting stage for this grand celebration.

Opening Ceremony: Music, March, and Unity

The day began with a lively Opening Band and Scout performance, immediately setting an energetic tone. The school head delivered a Welcome Speech, greeting everyone warmly and inspiring the audience. Following the speech, students and attendees observed a heartfelt prayer, and both the Qatar National Anthem and the Indian National Anthem were played, symbolizing pride, unity, and cultural connection.

The official start of the sports meet was marked by a spectacular March Past. Students from all three campuses Thumama, Westbay & Meshaf marched proudly in their respective teams, showcasing discipline, team spirit, and school pride. The ceremony demonstrated the school’s commitment to nurturing confident, responsible, and motivated learners.

Artistic Display: Talent Beyond Sports

Following the march, the Artistic Display captivated the audience. Students presented vibrant performances that highlighted their creativity and teamwork. The display celebrated cultural diversity, showcasing the artistic talents of participants from all campuses.

Competitive Spirit: Sports Events Highlights

The heart of the day was the Sports Events, featuring 12 different competitions across six categories. Students demonstrated strength, skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Each race and match reflected the core values of teamwork, perseverance, and fair play.
