In celebration of World Environment Day, Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus orchestrated a series of engaging activities aimed at raising awareness and fostering a sense of responsibility towards environmental conservation. The event, held on 5th June, 2024, saw enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and staff alike. 

The highlight of the day was the tree plantation drive, which symbolized the school’s commitment to sustainability. Dr. Manish Mangal, the principal of Pearl School, led the initiative by planting the sapling, emphasizing the importance of preserving green spaces for a healthier planet. 

Moreover, the celebration featured a vibrant blend of art and performance, with students highlighting their talents through dram dance, and poster making competitions. The themes revolved around environmental stewardship, urging spectators to reflect on the impact of human activities on the natural world. The performances were not only entertaining but also served as a powerful medium for spreading awareness and instigating change. 

As part of the festivities, a nature walk was organized, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the beauty of the school’s surroundings while learning about local flora and fauna. Guided by knowledgeable instructors, students gained firsthand insights into the delicate balance of ecosystems and the significance of biodiversity conservation.
