Class 8MB of Podar Pearl School marked Labour Day with a meaningful assembly honoring the dedication of workers in all fields. The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the school prayer and the national anthem, creating a respectful atmosphere.
Students shared the school’s vision and mission, followed by a thought for the day and a pledge to respect all workers. A short skit, “A Day Without Workers,” highlighted the vital role laborers play in daily life, leaving a lasting impression.
Student speakers spoke briefly on the significance of Labour Day, and the event concluded with a graceful dance tribute celebrating hard work and unity.
As a special gesture, students paid tribute to the school’s dedicated attenders—Ms. Precious, Mr. Shaji, and Ms. Anish—thanking them for their tireless service and commitment.
The Headmistress commended Class 8MB for the well-organized assembly and reminded students to remain humble and disciplined. Teachers appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and teamwork, making the assembly a memorable tribute to the workforce.
