The Heritage Day Celebration at Pearl School, Qatar, held on Thursday, 17th April 2025, was a vibrant and enriching experience aimed at promoting cultural awareness and appreciation among students.

As a part of the celebration, students visited the Museum of Islamic Art, where they explored Qatar’s rich cultural history and artistic legacy. The museum tour allowed students to engage with artifacts, artworks, and exhibits that reflect the depth and diversity of Islamic culture and Qatari heritage.

Following the museum visit, the school hosted student-led workshops that highlighted the cultural elements of both India and Qatar. During these sessions, students presented informative PowerPoint presentations that highlighted the diverse traditions, art, and history of India and Qatar. These interactive presentations encouraged their peers to develop a deeper appreciation for their own cultural roots as well as those of others.

The celebration not only strengthened the student’s connection to their roots but also encouraged cross-cultural learning and creativity. The enthusiasm and participation from both students and teachers made the event a memorable success.

Heritage Day at Pearl School served as a reminder of the beauty of diversity and the importance of preserving and celebrating our cultural legacies.
